At Design by Ariela, every item is made on demand with care, time, and attention to detail. Because each product is created especially for you, please allow up to 7 business days for your order to be made and shipped.

Processing time

Orders are usually prepared within 1–7 business days. During busy periods, custom orders, events, or high-demand times, processing may take slightly longer.

You will receive a confirmation once your order has been shipped.

Shipping time

Shipping time depends on your location and the delivery service used. Please note that shipping time starts after your order has been made and handed over to the carrier.

Estimated delivery times may vary due to postal delays, holidays, weather, or other circumstances outside of my control.

Made on demand

Most products are made only after an order is placed. This helps reduce waste, avoid unnecessary stock, and makes each piece more personal.

Custom and personalised orders

Custom or personalised items may require extra time, especially if a design preview or approval is needed before printing. If your order requires your confirmation, production will begin upon approval.

Incorrect address

Please make sure your shipping address is correct before placing your order. Design by Ariela is not responsible for delays or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address.

Lost or delayed packages

Once an order has been shipped, delivery is handled by the shipping carrier. If your package is delayed or seems lost, please contact me, and I will do my best to help you check the status.
